1.2. We currently sell and ship to customers in Canada and Jamaica.
1.3. By purchasing from our store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian.

2.1. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.
2.2. We do our best to display colors and product details accurately, but actual colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
2.3. We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions and availability at any time without notice.
 
3. Orders & Order Cancellations
 
3.1. Your order is confirmed once payment information is submitted and you receive an order confirmation email.
3.2. We may cancel or refuse an order if we suspect fraud, incorrect information, or product unavailability.
3.3. Order Cancellations by You:

• You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped or dispatched.

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• Cash on Delivery (where available)

• Card payments (through our secure checkout)

4.2. For Cash on Delivery orders:

• You must ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package and pay in full.

• Failure to accept and pay for your order at delivery may result in restrictions on future orders.

4.3. For card payments:

• You confirm that you are authorized to use the card or payment method you provide.

• All card transactions are processed securely by our payment provider.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Delays
 
5.1. We ship orders within Jamaica.
5.2. Estimated delivery times and shipping fees are shown at checkout and may vary based on your location and shipping method.
5.3. Shipping Delays:

• Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

• Delays may occur due to customs, courier issues, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other factors beyond our control.

5.4. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or any events outside our reasonable control.
5.5. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for packages delivered to the wrong address provided by you.

6. No Returns & No Exchanges
 
6.1. Due to the nature of our products (beauty, cosmetics, skincare and hair care), all sales are final.
6.2. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, color mismatch, or reactions, except where required by law.
6.3. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can review the issue.

7.2. Results may vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using any product.

10.3. If we are found liable for any claim, our liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the product related to that claim.
