We process orders within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During sales or launches, processing may take a little longer. Shev's Unique Flawless ships locally across Canada and Jamaica, shipping fees are calculated at checkout in Canadian dollars (CAD). We offer free standard shipping on orders of CAD $100.00 and above. The exact free shipping threshold appears at checkout and in our promos. Delivery times are estimates and can vary based on courier schedules, weather, and location.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email (or message) with tracking details, if available from the courier. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, or other factors outside our control. We strive for prompt delivery by working with our delivery partners to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge an additional shipping fee to reship your order.
If your package arrives damaged, or you believe it is lost, contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to investigate and, where possible, offer a replacement or solution based on the outcome.
